These Terms & Conditions govern the use of The Scrub Ninjas®, Academy Level Up™, Study Hubs, Inner Circles, websites, memberships, QBanks, review games, courses, digital downloads, communities, educational platforms, and related services operated by EDTECH EDU LLC®.

By accessing or using our websites, educational platforms, memberships, applications, or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our services.

Educational Purpose Only

The Scrub Ninjas®, Academy Level Up™, and all related educational platforms are intended solely for supplemental educational and academic support purposes.

Our educational products:

  • are not accredited degree programs
  • do not replace formal education
  • do not provide medical, nursing, legal, psychological, or professional advice
  • are not official examination simulators
  • are not affiliated with testing organizations unless explicitly stated

Use of our educational products does not guarantee examination performance, certification, licensure, admissions, employment, or academic success.

Eligibility & User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting login credentials.

Memberships & Subscriptions

By subscribing, users acknowledge:

  • billing cycles and pricing may vary by product or membership type

Payments & Refunds

Pricing for courses, memberships, QBanks, digital products, and educational services is listed at the time of purchase and may change without notice.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • digital educational products are non-transferable
  • memberships are for individual use only
  • refunds may be limited due to the digital nature of educational content

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis according to platform policies and applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Users may not:

  • reproduce
  • scrape
  • archive
  • distribute
  • republish
  • resell
  • commercially exploit
  • reverse engineer
  • train AI systems upon

any educational materials without prior written permission.

Community Participation

Study Hubs, Inner Circles, discussion spaces, comments, and educational communities are intended to foster respectful and supportive learning environments.

Users agree not to:

  • harass or intimidate others
  • post abusive or unlawful content
  • provide unauthorized professional advice
  • distribute spam or promotional content
  • upload infringing or harmful materials

EDTECH EDU LLC® reserves the right to moderate, remove, suspend, or terminate access to community spaces at its discretion.

User-Generated Content

Users may voluntarily post content within educational communities, discussion spaces, or comments.

Users retain ownership of their content while granting EDTECH EDU LLC® a limited right to display and manage such content within platform environments.

Users remain solely responsible for the information they share.

Educational & Clinical Disclaimer

Educational materials referencing medical, scientific, psychological, pharmacological, sociological, or clinical concepts are intended solely for academic review purposes.

Nothing contained within our platforms should be interpreted as:

  • subscriptions

  • interruptions or technical issues

Users assume responsibility for their own educational decisions, study practices, and platform usage.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless EDTECH EDU LLC®, The Scrub Ninjas®, Academy Level Up™, affiliates, contractors, and educational partners from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from misuse of the platforms or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically as platforms, educational services, technologies, and business operations evolve.

Continued use of our educational platforms after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
